1. Scope of Services

AAA Packaging Solutions Inc. (“Company”) provides custom-made packaging solutions including folding cartons, rigid boxes, corrugated packaging, flexible packaging, labels, displays, and related services. All products are manufactured to customer specifications and have no resale value.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are estimates based on specifications, quantities, and market conditions at the time of issuance. Prices may change due to material, labor, freight, exchange rate, regulatory, or market fluctuations.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Orders are deemed accepted upon written confirmation, artwork approval, and receipt of required payment. Once production-related work has commenced, orders may not be cancelled except as expressly permitted herein.

4. Artwork, Proofs & Approvals

The customer is solely responsible for verifying artwork accuracy including text, layout, dimensions, and barcodes. Approval constitutes acceptance of all details.

5. Color Proofing & Matching

Digital and screen proofs are for layout and placement only. Exact color matching is not guaranteed. Variations are normal due to materials and print processes.

6. Production, Shipping & Delivery

All timelines are estimates only. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. Shipments are handled by third-party carriers. The Company assumes no liability for transit delays or damages.

7. Inspection, Returns & Refunds

All products are custom-made and non-returnable except for confirmed manufacturing defects. Visible shipping damage must be reported within three (3) days. Manufacturing defects must be reported within seven (7) days.

8. Defective Products & Acceptable Variations

Acceptable industry variances include minor cracking, ±2.5% dimensional tolerances, and color variation.

9. Overruns & Underruns

The Company reserves the right to deliver quantities within ±8% of the ordered amount.

10. Customer Content & Intellectual Property

The customer warrants ownership or authorization of all submitted content and indemnifies the Company against any related claims.

11. Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed in the applicable invoice or agreement. Late payments may incur charges and result in suspension of services.

12. Change Orders

Any changes after approval must be confirmed in writing and may affect pricing and timelines.

13. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to attempt resolution prior to initiating chargebacks.

14. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. No indirect or consequential damages.

15. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

16. Contact Information & Address Changes

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and shipping details.

17. Website Use

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of website content is prohibited.

18. Trademarks & Copyright

All trademarks and content remain the property of AAA Packaging Solutions Inc.

19. Third-Party Links

Links are provided for convenience only. The Company is not responsible for third-party content.

20. Acceptable Use

The website and services may only be used for lawful purposes.

21. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from use of services or content.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

23. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution prior to litigation.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
