When you order with AAA Pak, you don’t need to worry about selecting a shipping method yourself. Our dedicated Product Specialists handle all shipping and logistics planning to ensure your packaging arrives on time and at the most cost-effective rate.

I want to change my shipping method. How do I do that?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can reach out to your assigned Product Specialist, who will be happy to assist you in updating your shipping method.
Your Product Specialist will also provide revised quotes for the new shipping option and ensure your order details are accurately updated in our system.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes AAA Pak ships products both locally and internationally, with a few location-based restrictions that may apply.
To confirm if shipping is available to your country, please contact your Product Specialist, who will provide all the necessary details and available options for your region.
Where does my order ship from?
AAA Pak ships from multiple production facilities located across North America and Asia.
The manufacturing and shipping location for your order is determined during your initial consultation with our Product Specialists, based on your project requirements, packaging type, and brand needs. This approach ensures efficient production and timely delivery tailored to your order.
Will all of my items ship together?
It depends on your order. If all your packaging items can be produced at the same manufacturing facility, they can be shipped together in a single shipment.
However, if your order includes different types of packaging that need to be fulfilled at multiple facilities, the items may be shipped separately.

What factors influence the price of my packaging?
Several elements determine the final cost of your packaging, including:
- Size: Larger packaging uses more material.
- Order Quantity: Larger orders result in lower per-unit pricing.
- Material Choice: Premium or specialty materials increase the price.
- Special Finishes: Unique finishes and enhancements can add to the cost.

Will I receive a confirmation that my boxes have been sent?
Yes, as part of our order management process, your Product Specialist will keep you updated on all progress related to your order.
When mass production is finished, you will receive a notification confirming that your order is ready for shipment. You will receive another update once your order has been picked up and shipped.

Can I collect my boxes personally?
Unfortunately, AAA Pak does not currently offer a personal pickup option for orders.
All packaging is produced at our local and international manufacturing facilities and is shipped directly to customers from these locations to ensure efficient handling and delivery.
I can't find the costs of shipping anywhere on the website — why is that?
At AAA Pak, shipping costs are not listed directly on our website because they can vary based on your specific order details, including packaging type, size, quantity, and destination.
However, you can receive a personalized shipping estimate during your consultation with a Product Specialist.
Note: Shipping estimates are intended as a reference and may not be 100% final. Actual costs can change by the time production is completed due to fluctuating shipping rates. We recommend staying in touch with your Product Specialist for the most accurate and up-to-date shipping information.
How will my order ship?
Most AAA Pak packaging products are shipped flat to help reduce shipping costs and ensure safe, efficient delivery. These flat-packed boxes may require simple assembly once they arrive.
For certain rigid or specialty box styles that cannot be flattened, the products are shipped fully assembled to maintain their structure and quality.
Every order is carefully packaged to protect your products during handling and transit, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
Where do you ship to?
AAA Pak offers shipping both locally and internationally, ensuring that our packaging products can reach customers worldwide.
Depending on the manufacturing facility and your delivery destination, your country’s customs authorities may require taxes, import fees, or duties to be paid on your order. As part of our service, AAA Pak helps manage the entire logistics process, including import coordination, to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Note: Customs inspections may occasionally delay shipments while verifying the declared value of goods. These checks are outside our control and can cause minor delays beyond the estimated delivery date.
Can you ship my packaging to multiple destinations?
Yes, AAA Pak can ship your packaging to multiple locations based on your requirements.
Many customers choose to have their orders delivered directly to fulfillment centers while sending a smaller portion to other destinations. Our Product Specialists, in collaboration with our Logistics Team, will help plan and coordinate your shipments to ensure everything is delivered smoothly and on schedule.
What shipping options do you offer? Is shipping included in my quote?
