Is it possible to place an urgent order?
In certain cases, we can accommodate expedited orders based on our current production schedule and order volumes. To confirm whether rush services are an option at the moment, please reach out to your assigned Product Specialist for availability and details.
How long does it typically take for my order to be completed?
The time it takes to complete your order depends on your packaging type, order quantity, and the time of year. On average, production ranges between 10 to 30 business days. Highly customized orders or those requiring additional production steps may take a bit longer.

Shipping times are not included in these estimates. Production officially begins once your final proof has been approved.
Do you provide bulk order discounts?
Absolutely! The higher the quantity of your order, the lower your per-unit pricing becomes. Bulk orders help optimize production costs, making it more economical for you.

Will my design’s number of colors impact the price?
If your design is printed using CMYK (full color), the number of colors will not affect the price, so you may use as many colors as you like.
If your design requires PMS (Pantone Matching System) spot colors, additional charges will apply for each specific color used.
Why don’t I see shipping rates listed on your website?
Shipping costs vary significantly depending on your packaging type, order size, destination, and market rates at the time of shipment. As such, we don’t display shipping prices online.
Instead, your Product Specialist will provide a shipping estimate during your consultation. Keep in mind that these estimates are for reference purposes only and may adjust by the time your order is ready due to fluctuating shipping fees.
What factors influence the price of my packaging?
Several elements determine the final cost of your packaging, including:
