What currencies do you accept for payments?
At present, we process payments in US Dollars (USD) and Canadian Dollars (CAD) for customers within Canada. International orders are automatically quoted and invoiced in USD.
Do you accept payments after an order is completed?
Unfortunately, no — full payment is required before your order can enter mass production.
For exceptionally large or split-batch orders, partial payments can sometimes be arranged. However, payment for each batch must be cleared before production can proceed. Contact your assigned Product Specialist for further details.
Are deferred payment plans or credit terms available?
They’ll re-evaluate your order and supply an updated quotation based on the revised volume.
Once the final proof is signed off and production begins, no adjustments to order quantities are allowed.
What payment options are available?
We provide multiple convenient payment options. Accepted methods include major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and for orders exceeding $5,000 USD, payments via wire transfer or cheque are also available.
If you require a different payment arrangement, speak to your Product Specialist — we’re happy to accommodate wherever possible.
