What currencies do you accept for payments?
At present, we process payments in US Dollars (USD) and Canadian Dollars (CAD) for customers within Canada. International orders are automatically quoted and invoiced in USD.
Do you accept payments after an order is completed?
Full payment is required before your order can enter mass production, so payments cannot be made after the order is completed.
For very large orders or split-batch production, partial payments may be arranged. However, each batch must be paid for before production can continue. Please contact your Product Specialist for more information.
Are deferred payment plans or credit terms available?
In certain situations, typically for bulk or high-volume orders, we are able to offer split payment schedules or credit arrangements.

We offer several convenient payment methods. You may pay using major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, or, for orders above 5,000 USD, by wire transfer or cheque.
If you need a different payment arrangement, please speak with your Product Specialist. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
