Because every order is tailor-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once printing is complete, except when the product is confirmed to be defective.

If you encounter any issues with your custom packaging, please contact your Product Specialist directly. 

To expedite the resolution process, send your Product Specialist an email including: 

  1. Your Order Number 
  1. A detailed explanation of the problem 
  1. Clear, high-quality photos highlighting the issue 

Important: You need to inform AAA Packaging within 5 business days after delivery about any problems. If no report is received within this period, the order will be considered accepted as is. 

We regret that your boxes arrived in poor condition. While we package your orders carefully, damages during transit can sometimes happen. 

If you notice damage upon delivery, please reach out to your Product Specialist without delay. We will evaluate your claim and assist you promptly. 

When contacting us, please provide: 

  1. Your Order Number 
  1. A detailed account of the damage 
  1. High-resolution images clearly showing the damage 

Note: You must report any damage within 5 business days of receipt; otherwise, the order will be accepted as delivered. 

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are generally not available. However, if your order contains a manufacturing defect or quality problem, we accept responsibility and will collaborate with you to find a suitable solution, which might include: 

  1. Sending a replacement 
  1. Issuing a refund 
  1. Offering store credit 

A product is deemed defective if it has manufacturing flaws related to its structure or printing, excluding: 

  • Cracking caused by material behavior on folded printed areas 
  • Minor cracks on non-coated cardstock folds 
  • Damage resulting from improper handling or shipping 
  • Variations in specifications within a 2.5% tolerance 
  • Natural color or print density differences 

All defects must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order.
