If you experience any issue with your custom packaging, please contact your Product Specialist.

When reporting a problem, include the following details in your email:

* Your order number
* A detailed description of the issue
* High-resolution photos of the problem (the more information provided, the better we can assist you)

Please notify AAA Pak within five business days of receiving your order if you discover any defects or issues. If no report is made within this period, the order will be considered accepted and approved.

Due to the custom nature of our packaging, refunds are generally not issued.

However, if your order has defects or quality issues, AAA Pak takes full responsibility and will work with you to provide a solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

To be eligible, customers must notify AAA Pak within 5 business days of delivery regarding any defects. After this period, the order is considered accepted as satisfactory.

A product is considered defective if it has manufacturing-related errors, such as structural or printing mistakes (improper construction, cutting, or finishing). The following are not considered defects:

  • Cracking in creased printed areas due to natural paperboard expansion
  • Minor cracking along creases in non-laminated cardstock
  • Damage caused by mishandling or shipping (bends, scratches)
  • Variations in specifications (styles, dimensions, materials, print options, layouts, finishing) within 2.5% tolerance
  • Minor color or density differences between proofs and final products

We are sorry to hear that your boxes arrived damaged. Although AAA Pak takes great care to package and protect your order, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your items are damaged, please contact your Product Specialist. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When reporting the damage, please include the following details in your email:

* Your order number
* A detailed description of the damaged product or products
* High-resolution photos of the damage (the more information provided, the better we can assist you)

Customers must notify AAA Pak within five business days of delivery if any defects or issues are discovered. Failure to report within this period will be considered confirmation that you have accepted the order.

Due to the custom nature of our work, AAA Pak does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been printed and delivered.

Returns are only considered in cases where the product is deemed defective.
